PAX Arcadia

Penny-Arcade just announced that Nintendo would be an exhibitor at this year's PAX! How cool is that? I've often heard criticism that Nintendo is too aloof, too closed, but at least someone in their marketing department is doing something right.

I'm gonna be there this year. How about you?

I feel that Nintendo more than any other company has made gaming in a group fun. I'll be sure to stop by and check out what they have to show. New ideas is where gaming needs to go and Nintendo has always focused in ideas. For the most part they never seem to care how "Mainstream" gaming is becoming and how cool people will thing their next title will be. Focus on fun, that is the way to go.

I cannot wait. this is going to be my first experience in gaming culture with a group of more than say 10 people. E3 for everyone here I come.

I suppose that you would, otherwise it might be a tad awkward. I can see it now, "I'm hosting this game expo thing but yeah *sigh* I don't think I'm gonna go" To Office Space for me.
